When I was diagnosed with endometriosis, my world turned upside down. At first, I did what most of us do — I went to many doctors, read research papers, and tried every treatment that promised relief. But the more I researched, the more frustrated I became. There were many theories, many treatments for symptoms, but no real solution for the root cause.
That's when I discovered a community of women who found relief by changing their diets, routines, and environments. Slowly, I began experimenting myself, and that's when everything shifted and I discovered Ayurveda.
I learned that the food I ate wasn't just fuel — it was medicine. Simple changes like reducing processed foods, eating warm nourishing meals, and removing gluten & dairy helped calm inflammation in my body. I also began daily rituals like drinking warm water in the morning, practicing gentle yoga, and using herbal teas to soothe my digestion. These small habits created big shifts.
Over time, I noticed I had fewer flare-ups, more stable energy, and even better sleep. Most importantly, I began to feel less like I was fighting my body and more like I was supporting it. Ayurveda wasn't just about herbs or diet — it was about alignment.
As I studied and practiced more, I realized Ayurveda was giving me more than physical relief. It was teaching me balance. I felt calmer, more grounded, and connected to myself. The pain didn't control my life the way it once did.
I can honestly say: Ayurveda gave me hope when I felt lost, and it gave me purpose when I was searching for meaning. That's why I made a decision — I didn't want others to go through the same hopelessness I once felt.
Today, I am on the journey of becoming an Ayurveda doctor. I want to share this path — the lessons, the challenges, and the practices — so others can learn and find hope too. And along the way, start helping others to heal in the same way Ayurveda healed me.
